Plumbing emergency

Emergency plumber at Lake of the Ozarks

Burst pipes, major leaks, no water, sewer backups. Regular hours are Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm — and we offer rapid response after hours.

What to do right now

  1. 1

    Shut off the water

Close your main shutoff valve. In many lake homes it’s near the water heater, pressure tank or where the line enters the house.

  2. 2

Kill power to the water heater

Turn off the breaker (electric) or set the gas valve to “pilot” if the heater is involved or the water is off.

  3. 3

    Move valuables and start drying

Get electronics and rugs out of the water and open cabinets so they can dry.

  4. 4

    Call us

    (573) 692-0029 — tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll get moving.

Questions

Is there an extra charge after hours?

After-hours calls may carry an after-hours fee — we’ll tell you before we roll. Lake Elite members get one after-hours fee waived each year.

Can you handle an emergency at my lake house if I’m not there?

Yes. Let us know how to get access and we’ll keep you updated with photos.

Water where it shouldn’t be?

Shut off the main and call — we’ll take it from there.
